Codfish with Cornbread and nuts. Shall we make it? With Riberalves Codfish, of course! Take a peek!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boil the codfish for 8 minutes. Once cooked, remove the skin and bones and set to the side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Add half of the olive oil to a frying pan. Fry the onions and garlic until golden, stirring every now and then. Add the codfish<\/a>, season with salt and pepper, stir and remove from the heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Break up the cornbread into chunks and whizz with the nuts and pitted dates. Add the chopped parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spread the codfish mixture onto a baking tray, top with the cornbread mixture and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Cook at 180\u00b0C in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes or until golden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your codfish with cornbread and nuts is ready. Serve hot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
