It\u2019s ready!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*For a 250 g steak<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wait for the codfish to cool down and flake it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat half of the olive oil. Add the codfish and chopped garlic.<br>Stir with a spoon until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Add the heated cream, alternating with the remaining olive oil, while stirring.<br>Season with lemon juice, salt, freshly ground pepper and nutmeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre-heat the oven at 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut off the top off each pumpkin and scoop out the inside.
