Place the olive oil, onion, garlic and spices in a pan. Cook on low heat and add the carrot and potatoes (peeled and cubed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook for about 10 minutes (add hot water as necessary).<br>Add the snap peas (washed and destringed) and the codfish.
