{"id":8798,"date":"2022-05-11T11:48:33","date_gmt":"2022-05-11T10:48:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/?post_type=receitas&#038;p=8798"},"modified":"2024-03-08T15:39:17","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T15:39:17","slug":"baked-codfish-with-courgette","status":"publish","type":"receitas","link":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/recipes\/baked-codfish-with-courgette\/","title":{"rendered":"Baked codfish with courgette"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>To prepare this baked codfish with courgette, start by cooking the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/linha\/consumo-no-lar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Place the frozen codfish in a pan and cover with water.<\/li><li>Bring to the boil and then cook for 10 minutes. It\u2019s ready!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>*For a 250 g steak<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove the skin and bones and flake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To prepare the tomato sauce, place the tomatoes, chopped garlic and parsley in a pan. Cook (approximately 15 minutes) and set to the side (you can also use a handheld blender to obtain a smooth sauce).<br>Set the oven to 190\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the olive oil, chopped garlic clove, onion and turmeric to a separate pan. Cook on low heat until tender. Add the codfish and cook for approximately 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the meantime, slice a courgette and remove the core (you can use a corer). The core can be used to make a soup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the courgette slices on a baking tray, stuff them with the codfish and onion mixture, pour the tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
