To prepare a delicious, practical Codfish<\/a> on a bed of radishes, follow our step-by-step instructions and enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allow the codfish to defrost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set the oven to 180\u00b0C. Wash the vegetables and cut the carrot into thick slices. In a cup, mix the olive oil, vinegar, garlic and dried herbs. Coat the radishes, tomatoes and carrot with the sauce and bake for approximately 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place the codfish on the bed of vegetables, add the chopped onion and bake for a further 15 minutes (or until the codfish is cooked). What do you think? Is it approved? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
