Start by cooking the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/linha\/consumo-no-lar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Place the frozen codfish in a pan and cover with water.<\/li><li>Bring to the boil and then cook for 10 minutes. It\u2019s ready!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>*For a 250 g steak<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Cut off the top and scoop out the inside of the cornbread, leaving about 1 cm on all sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the onion into half-moon shapes. Gently fry the onion and a slivered garlic clove in olive oil until tender. Add the codfish and cook for 2-3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crumble the cornbread and mix with the chopped coriander.
