Do you feel like eating a different kind of Fish stew<\/a>? How about Codfish stew with crispy Parma ham? Read the full recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the olive oil and tomato puree to a large pan. Add the onion, garlic and potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Add the pepper and tomatoes and season again with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the fish and check the seasoning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the bay leaf and drizzle with olive oil, white wine, water and a few drops of hot sauce (optional).
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes, without stirring. Shake the pan every now and then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the meantime, lay the Parma ham slices on baking paper and bake at 180\u00b0C for 20 minutes. Allow the Parma ham to cool down, cut it into pieces and mix with the parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remove the codfish stew from the heat, sprinkle with the chopped parsley mix and serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
