It is very easy to prepare Codfish<\/a> Chilli, a recipe idea from dietician Ana Bravo: Follow the step-by-step instructions and enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allow the codfish to defrost, remove the skin and bones and dice.
Add the olive oil, red pepper, chilli to taste (optional), onion and sliced garlic to a pan. Cook for a few minutes on low heat and stir in the codfish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the sweetcorn, tomato puree and beans. Cook to taste, adding hot water as necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
