codfish<\/a> cheeks and 5 sprigs of coarsely chopped parsley in a large pan. Season with salt and pepper, bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n. Remove the cod cheeks once cooked and add the rice. Stir and cook for approximately 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
. In the meantime, remove the skin and bones and flake the cod cheeks. Once the rice is cooked, add the codfish flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
. Drizzle with a little vinegar, top with croutons and chopped parsley and serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
