{"id":8839,"date":"2022-05-13T11:11:48","date_gmt":"2022-05-13T10:11:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/?post_type=receitas&#038;p=8839"},"modified":"2024-03-08T15:39:22","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T15:39:22","slug":"codfish-pie-with-yams","status":"publish","type":"receitas","link":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/en\/recipes\/codfish-pie-with-yams\/","title":{"rendered":"Codfish pie with yams"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>To prepare a delicious codfish pie with yams, start by cooking the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/linha\/consumo-no-lar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Place the frozen codfish in a pan and cover with water.<\/li><li>Bring to the boil and then cook for 10 minutes. It\u2019s ready!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>*For a 250 g steak<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allow the codfish to defrost, remove the skin and bones and flake.<br>In the meantime, cook the unpeeled yams in plenty of water. Peel the cooked yams once cool.<br>Add the olive oil, garlic, onion, carrot and tomato to a pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook on low heat until soft and the sauce is reduced. Stir in the codfish and cook for a further 2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using a liquidiser or blender, whizz the yams together with the vegetable milk and nutmeg to taste. Set the oven to 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the codfish mixture and the cooked collard greens on a baking tray.
