Separate the Riberalves cod cheeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the bacon, onion, garlic, olive oil and bay leaf to a pan and lightly fry until golden.
Add the tomatoes, paprika paste, wine and chillies and cook for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stir in the cod cheeks. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with coriander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
