Green Codfish lasagne. With Riberalves Codfish<\/a>, of course! Take a peek and make it at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the Riberalves codfish steaks to a pan with plenty of water. Bring to the boil, cover the pan and simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Allow the codfish to cool down and flake it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the olive oil, onion and leek to a separate pan and cook until tender and golden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stir in the codfish. Add the spinach and season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Stir and cook until the spinach wilts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stir in 500 ml of white sauce and bring to the boil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grease a baking tray with olive oil. Place a layer of pasta on the bottom, cover with half of the codfish mixture and top with a new layer of pasta. Add the remaining codfish mixture and a final layer of pasta. Top with the remaining white sauce and sprinkle with Azores cheese and chives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bake at 180\u00b0C for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To prepare the salad, mix all ingredients and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
