codfish steaks<\/a> to defrost, dry using kitchen paper and fry in hot olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side. Allow the fish to cool down slightly, remove the skin and bones and flake.<\/p>\n\n\n\nCut the bread into 1 cm cubes and soak in 250 ml water for approximately 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Peel and dice the cucumber. Dice the tomatoes, cut the onion into half-moon shapes and finely slice the basil leaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
