A special ingredient for a fresh, tasty recipe: Codfish<\/a> Caesar Salad! Take a peek!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allow the codfish steaks to defrost, rinse under cold tap water and dry using kitchen paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heat the olive oil and fry the crushed garlic cloves until golden. Remove the garlic from the pan. Lay the codfish steaks onto the flavoured olive oil and fry for 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove the skin and bones and flake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Separate the iceberg lettuce leaves and cut the Parmesan cheese into thin slivers using a knife or potato peeler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place the lettuce and codfish flakes in individual bowls. Top with the Parmesan slivers and croutons and pour the Caesar sauce. Season with pepper to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your Codfish Caesar Salad is ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
