Riberalves<\/a> codfish to defrost and set the oven to 180\u00b0C.
Lay the codfish and pepper on a tray lined with baking paper and bake. Remove the codfish after 20 minutes and leave the pepper to bake until ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIn the meantime, whizz the avocado with the lemon juice and basil.
Spread the avocado paste on a bread slice and top with a few watercress leaves (washed and drained), followed by the pepper and flaked codfish. Place the other bread slice on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
