Shall we make a Riberalves codfish pie? Follow the step-by-step instructions to prepare this recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pre-heat the oven at 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peel and cut the potatoes into big chunks. Add a pinch of salt to boiling water and cook the potatoes until soft. Add the peas and cook for a further 2 minutes. Drain and mash the pea and potato mixture with a fork. Season with a pinch of sea salt, black pepper, lemon zest and butter. Set to the side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peel and chop the carrot and onion. Fry gently in an oven pan.
In the meantime, bring the milk to the boil, add the codfish<\/a> and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the codfish with a spatula and set to the side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mix the flour with the carrot and onion. Gradually pour in the warm milk, one ladle at a time, whisking continuously until smooth. Allow for the spinach to defrost and stir in. Season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Season the codfish with lemon juice and nutmeg. Stir in the cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Top the codfish mixture with the mash and draw a pattern, using a tablespoon or spatula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Your Riberalves Codfish Pie is ready!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
