Revuelva para marinar un poco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calentar el aceite en una cacerola grande y sofre\u00edr el bacalao (escurrido de la marinada) por todos lados hasta que est\u00e9n dorados y se abran las rodajas. Dejar enfriar un poco, quitar la piel y las espinas y desmenuzar el bacalao. Reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1ade el bacalao, la cebolla y el apio cortados en medias lunas finas, el pimiento cortado en cubos y una pizca de sal al aceite donde lo has salteado, y sofr\u00ede hasta que las verduras se ablanden. Agrega el ajo picado, sofr\u00ede 2 min. aprox. para envolver los sabores, agrega la salsa de tomate y vuelve a sofre\u00edr durante 3 a 4 min. Agregue el agua, el caldo de verduras, el tomillo y la calabaza cortada en cubitos y deje hervir. Vierta el arroz lavado y escurrido, el cilantro picado, los guisantes y el ma\u00edz (descongelado) y cocine a fuego lento durante 15 min. aprox., dependiendo de c\u00f3mo te guste el arroz.
