Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n, a\u00f1adir el bacalao, tapar y cocinar a fuego lento durante 10 min. aprox. (agitando la sart\u00e9n de vez en cuando para que no se pegue). Pasados los 10 minutos, retiramos el bacalao y reservamos, dejando la mayor cantidad de salsa posible en la sart\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando hierva la salsa de cocci\u00f3n del bacalao, vierta el ajo picado, la hoja de laurel, el arroz y unas 4 tazas. de agua caliente. Aseg\u00farese de que tenga suficiente sal y sazone con pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida y una pizca de sal si es necesario.
