Le plus grand symbole de la gastronomie portugaise – la morue – est mis en valeur dans une nouvelle \u00e9dition du festival gastronomique Continente, qui d\u00e9butera le week-end prochain \u00e0 Porto. Riberalves, la marque de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de la morue au Portugal, renforce son partenariat avec Continente et se pr\u00e9sente au Parque da Cidade, mettant la morue sous les projecteurs, en soulignant sa qualit\u00e9, sa polyvalence et, surtout, sa valeur saine.<\/p>\n

Poisson 100% sauvage, riche en prot\u00e9ines et pauvre en graisses, la morue est l’alli\u00e9e parfaite d’une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, rehaussant les recettes les plus diverses, qu’elles soient les plus traditionnelles ou celles interpr\u00e9t\u00e9es par la nouvelle cuisine.
