R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une casserole d&rsquo;eau, faites cuire les longes de Morue Pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre Cuisin\u00e9e pendant environ 7 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirez-les de l&rsquo;eau, laissez-les refroidir, retirez la peau et les ar\u00eates, \u00e9miettez-les en morceaux, et placez la morue dans un bol s\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale, faites revenir l&rsquo;oignon et les gousses d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9es, avec une feuille de laurier. Faites cuire pendant environ 10 minutes ou suffisamment longtemps pour que le chou-fleur devienne tr\u00e8s tendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois le chou-fleur cuit, ajoutez 2-3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau de cuisson de la morue et triturer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me blanche soyeuse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajustez l&rsquo;assaisonnement et la texture si n\u00e9cessaire.
