Retirez la peau et les ar\u00eates et \u00e9miettez-la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans un wok, l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9, le chou-fleur et la carotte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laissez cuire pendant quelques minutes \u00e0 feu doux et ajoutez les petits pois et la morue. Laissez cuire \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s. Pendant ce temps, placez dans une casserole le lait, la farine et la noix de muscade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chauffer et remuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit cr\u00e9meux.
