D\u00e9congelez <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/fr\/la-morue\/\">les longes de morue<\/a>, rincez-les \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide et laissez-les s\u00e9cher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placez les poivrons sur un plateau, faites-les r\u00f4tir au four jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils aient une peau fonc\u00e9e, retirez-les, mettez-les dans un sac en plastique, fermez-le herm\u00e9tiquement et laissez les poivrons refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, faites frire les ch\u00e2taignes dans de l&rsquo;huile jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient dor\u00e9es, puis retirez-les et laissez-les \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez les oignons et l&rsquo;ail, coupez les oignons en fines demi-lunes et hachez l&rsquo;ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chauffez une po\u00eale avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, ajoutez les longes de morue apr\u00e8s les avoir roul\u00e9s dans la farine, faites-les frire des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, retirez-les et placez-les sur un plat*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">  *(allant au lave-vaisselle). <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirez une partie de l&rsquo;huile de friture de la morue, ajoutez les tranches de chorizo dans la po\u00eale avec le reste de l&rsquo;huile, faites-les frire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient dor\u00e9es et retirez-les avec une \u00e9cumoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez ensuite l&rsquo;ail et l&rsquo;oignon dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, m\u00e9langez, ajoutez la feuille de laurier et faites cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;oignon soit tendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nettoyez les poivrons, retirez leur peau et leurs graines sans les rincer, coupez-les en lani\u00e8res, ajoutez-les dans la po\u00eale avec l&rsquo;oignon, m\u00e9langez, ajoutez le vin blanc, salez et poivrez et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter les ch\u00e2taignes, laisser bouillir, ajouter \u00e0 nouveau le chorizo, m\u00e9langer le tout et verser sur la morue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre au four pendant environ 15 minutes, retirer et servir garni de persil et accompagn\u00e9 de pommes de terre r\u00f4ties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement garnir de rondelles d&rsquo;\u0153uf dur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/riberalveslojaonline.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PR\u00caTE \u00c0 \u00caTRE SAVOUR\u00c9E !<\/a><\/u><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":4299,"template":"","categories":[264,252,263],"colecoes":[329,341,347],"tipos-bacalhau":[239],"class_list":["post-10761","receitas","type-receitas","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-outono-inverno-fr","category-originais-fr","category-de-partilha-fr","colecoes-original-et-innovant","colecoes-plats-familiaux","colecoes-plats-traditionnels","tipos-bacalhau-paves-de-morue"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
