D\u00e9couvrez la recette compl\u00e8te ici !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congelez les longes de morue et placez-les sur un plat de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9pluchez et hachez 2 gousses d&rsquo;ail, r\u00e9partissez-les sur la morue, ajoutez les feuilles de laurier, du poivre, arrosez avec la moiti\u00e9 de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et faites cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180 \u00baC pendant environ 25 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la morue soit bien r\u00f4tie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirez le plat du four, laissez la morue refroidir, retirez la peau et les ar\u00eates et \u00e9miettez-la. Passez la sauce du plat au tamis et r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9pluchez et lavez les pommes de terre, coupez-les en quartiers, faites-les frire dans l&rsquo;huile et mettez-les \u00e0 \u00e9goutter sur du papier absorbant. Pelez et lavez les oignons et les gousses d&rsquo;ail restantes, coupez les oignons en demi-lunes et hachez l&rsquo;ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez le reste de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale, ajoutez la sauce du r\u00f4ti de morue, faites-la chauffer, ajoutez l&rsquo;oignon, l&rsquo;ail et le chorizo en tranches et faites frire, en remuant de temps en temps, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;oignon soit bien dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez ensuite la morue, les pommes de terre frites et le paprika, m\u00e9langez, rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement et laissez bien chauffer.
