Consultez ici la recette compl\u00e8te !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congelez <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/fr\/la-morue\/\">les tranches de morue<\/a> et faites-les cuire dans l&rsquo;eau avec des feuilles de laurier. Retirez-les, laissez-les refroidir et coupez-les en morceaux en s\u00e9parant la peau et les ar\u00eates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passez l&rsquo;eau de cuisson au tamis et r\u00e9servez-en 8 dl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez les pommes de terre et faites-les cuire avec leur peau dans de l&rsquo;eau assaisonn\u00e9e de sel et y joindre les \u0153ufs lav\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 12 minutes d&rsquo;\u00e9bullition, retirez les \u0153ufs et laissez-les refroidir dans un bol d&rsquo;eau froide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laissez les pommes de terre finir de cuire, \u00e9gouttez-les, laissez-les ti\u00e9dir, \u00e9pluchez-les et coupez-les en tranches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peler et laver l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail, couper l&rsquo;oignon petit quartier (demi-lunes) et hacher l&rsquo;ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une casserole, ajoutez l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail et faites-les cuire en remuant de temps en temps jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils commencent \u00e0 colorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter ensuite les \u00e9pinards, en remuant constamment jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient saut\u00e9s, assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre, retirer, placer le tout dans une passoire et laisser bien \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites bouillir les 8 dl d&rsquo;eau de cuisson de la morue et assaisonnez avec de la noix de muscade, du sel et du poivre si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites fondre la margarine dans une casserole, saupoudrez de farine, remuez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit homog\u00e8ne et faites cuire, en ajoutant l&rsquo;eau de cuisson, petit \u00e0 petit et en remuant continuellement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange, soit cr\u00e9meux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si elle devient grumeleuse, passez-le au mixeur manuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partir la pr\u00e9paration aux \u00e9pinards dans un plat en terre ou en pyrex, ajoutez la morue, les pommes de terre et les \u0153ufs durs coup\u00e9s en tranches sur le dessus, arrosez avec la sauce que vous avez pr\u00e9par\u00e9e, saupoudrez de chapelure et faites cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 220\u00baC jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que ce soit dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirer et servir chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/riberalveslojaonline.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>PR\u00caTE \u00c0 \u00caTRE SAVOUR\u00c9E!<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3982,"template":"","categories":[264,273,252,263],"colecoes":[332,326,341],"tipos-bacalhau":[247,245],"class_list":["post-10773","receitas","type-receitas","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-outono-inverno-fr","category-de-conforto-fr","category-originais-fr","category-de-partilha-fr","colecoes-automne-hiver","colecoes-occasions-speciales","colecoes-plats-familiaux","tipos-bacalhau-pieces-de-morue","tipos-bacalhau-tranche-de-morue"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Morue \u00e0 la mode de Florence - Riberalves<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Il existe 1001 recettes de morue \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et celle-ci n&#039;a rien \u00e0 envier aux autres : la morue \u00e0 la mode de Florence.
