On commence&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congelez les tranches de morue, les rincer \u00e0 l\u2019eau courante, essuyez-les bien et mettez-les dans un plat avec de l\u2019huile de l\u2019olive. Mettre au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200 \u00baC pendant 15 min environ (mettre aussi la courge, mais la laisser 30 min de plus environ). Laissez refroidir les tranches de morue, enlevez la peau et les arr\u00eates, puis effilez la chair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez la courge en deux, enlevez les graines et les filaments, assaisonnez avec sel et thym, arroser d\u2019un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et mettre au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200 \u00baC pendant 45 min environ (en m\u00eame temps que la morue). Sortez le plat du four, enlevez les branches de thym et retirez la chair du potiron \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe (en laissant un peu de chair contre la peau) et \u00e9miettez-la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites revenir l&rsquo;oignon hach\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, ajoutez les \u00e9pinards, salez et poivrez et faites revenir les \u00e9pinards.
