Lavez les pommes de terre et faites-les cuire avec leur peau dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e. Pendant ce temps, \u00e9pluchez et lavez les oignons et les gousses d&rsquo;ail puis hachez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale. Passez les longes de morue dans la farine, mettez-les dans la po\u00eale et faites-les frire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient dor\u00e9es des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.
