Versez sur les longes de morue. Dans la sauteuse o\u00f9 vous avez fait revenir l\u2019oignon, ajoutez un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, puis la tomate pel\u00e9e hach\u00e9e et faites cuire pendant 1 minute. Ajoutez le porto et faites cuire \u00e0 feu vif pendant 1 minute. Ajoutez le vin blanc m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 la farine, salez et poivrez, puis faites cuire 2-3 minutes. Versez sur les longes de morue et les oignons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une poche \u00e0 douille, r\u00e9partissez des monticules de pur\u00e9e autour des longes de morue.
