Voir la recette compl\u00e8te ci-dessous&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sortez la morue du cong\u00e9lateur la veille, elle doit \u00eatre bien d\u00e9congel\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la morue&nbsp;: Coupez chaque<a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/linha\/consumo-no-lar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> longe<\/a> en deux, en retirant l\u2019ar\u00eate centrale. Dans une grande cocotte, mettez le lait, la feuille de laurier, l\u2019ail et les morceaux de morue. Allumez le feu, et quand l\u2019\u00e9bullition commence, comptez 5 minutes. Enlever les morceaux de morue, salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre&nbsp;: Dans le lait de cuisson de la morue, mettez les pommes de terre et faites-les cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient bien tendres, soit 15 minutes environ. Passez ensuite les pommes de terre au presse-pur\u00e9e. Ajoutez le beurre et le lait de cuisson, assaisonnez avec du sel, du poivre et de la noix de muscade. M\u00e9langez bien. La pur\u00e9e doit \u00eatre ferme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les oignons&nbsp;: Faites revenir les oignons dans une po\u00eale avec de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, salez et poivrez. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le montage&nbsp;: Disposez la moiti\u00e9 des oignons dans un plat enduit d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Au centre, placez les morceaux de morue, ajoutez le reste des oignons et les cuiller\u00e9es de mayonnaise. D\u00e9posez tout autour la pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une poche \u00e0 douille ou d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re. Faire cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180 \u00baC pour faire gratiner, 20 minutes environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9corez avec les olives et le persil.
