Une recette savoureuse avec la meilleure morue s\u00e9ch\u00e9e \u00e0 la portugaise&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuire les pommes de terre pendant 15 minutes environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pocher la morue dans de l\u2019eau bouillante pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9poser une bonne couche d\u2019oignons et d\u2019ail, coup\u00e9s en demi-lunes dans un plat \u00e0 four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arroser g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9poser les tranches de morue sur cette couche d\u2019oignon et d\u2019ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arroser <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/o-bacalhau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de nouveau d\u2019un peu<\/a> d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire cuire au four pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mixer le pain de ma\u00efs au robot et l\u2019arroser d\u2019un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive du plat de morue. Ajouter le persil finement hach\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer le tout pour obtenir une p\u00e2te.
