Quand l\u2019oignon devient translucide, ajouter l\u2019ail et la morue. Laisser cuire et avant d\u2019\u00e9teindre le feu, ajouter le persil hach\u00e9. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9plucher la pomme de terre et la carotte, puis les r\u00e2per ainsi que la courgette (cette derni\u00e8re avec la peau), apr\u00e8s les avoir bien lav\u00e9es.
