D\u00e9couvrez la recette compl\u00e8te ci-dessous&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/o-bacalhau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">D\u00e9congelez la morue<\/a>, la cuire dans l\u2019eau bouillante pendant 10 minutes, enlever la peau et les ar\u00eates, puis effiler la chair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites cuire les pommes de terre avec leur peau dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e. Egouttez, laissez refroidir un peu, enlevez la peau et coupez-les en demi-lunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites revenir les oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s en demi-lunes et les gousses d\u2019ail hach\u00e9es dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enlevez la peau de l\u2019alheira, \u00e9miettez-la, ajoutez-la au m\u00e9lange ail-oignon et faites cuire en remuant, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019alheira soit bien incorpor\u00e9e. Ajoutez la morue effil\u00e9e, les pommes de terre et le persil hach\u00e9, poivrez et m\u00e9langez le tout.
