Nous allons essayer de pr\u00e9parer ce plat d\u00e9licieux avec la meilleure <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/linha\/consumo-no-lar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">morue<\/a> s\u00e9ch\u00e9e \u00e0 la portugaise&nbsp;! Voyez la recette compl\u00e8te. D\u00e9congelez <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/o-bacalhau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la morue et mettez-la <\/a>\u00e0 cuire dans du lait. Une fois cuite, retirer la morue, la laisser refroidir et enlever la peau et les ar\u00eates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire chauffer le beurre dans une sauteuse, ajouter la farine et remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle brunisse. Ajouter le lait, m\u00e9langer et faire cuire en remuant sans arr\u00eat jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement. Retirer du feu et assaisonner avec sel, poivre et noix de muscade. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9plucher et laver l\u2019oignon et les gousses d\u2019ail, \u00e9mincer l\u2019oignon en demi-lunes et hacher les gousses d\u2019ail. \u00c9plucher et laver les carottes, les r\u00e2per et les r\u00e9server. Laver les poireaux et les couper en julienne fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une sauteuse, ajouter l\u2019oignon, les gousses d\u2019ail, les carottes et les poireaux. Assaisonner avec un peu de sel et faire sauter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient bien ramollis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirer du feu et mettre dans un saladier la morue, la sauce, la pulpe de tomate et les chips paille, bien m\u00e9langer et verser dans un plat. Saupoudrer d\u2019herbes aromatiques et de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.
