Voir la recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200 \u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuire les longes pendant 9 minutes avec les feuilles de laurier et la t\u00eate d\u2019ail enti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une \u00e9cumoire, sortez les longes de morue de l\u2019eau et mettre les pommes de terre \u00e0 la place. Laisser cuire 10 minutes environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9goutter l\u2019eau et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arroser d\u2019huile d\u2019olive le fond d\u2019un grand plat \u00e0 four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couper les longes en deux et les disposer, espac\u00e9s, dans le plat. Entre les longes, disposer les pommes de terre, les poivrons, les tomates, les oignons, la t\u00eate d\u2019ail, les olives et les feuilles de laurier. Salez et poivrez \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt et arrosez le tout avec le reste de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couvrir le plat de cuisson avec du papier aluminium et faire cuire au four 30 minutes.
