Voir ci-dessous la recette compl\u00e8te de la Couronne \u00e0 la morue, et bon app\u00e9tit&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congeler les tranches de morue, les faire cuire dans de l\u2019eau bouillante pendant 10 minutes, bien les \u00e9goutter puis retirer la peau et les ar\u00eates et effiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien dissoudre la levure de boulanger dans 30&nbsp;cl d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de, ajouter \u00e0 la farine, m\u00e9langer et bien p\u00e9trir (pendant 8 \u00e0 10 minutes) sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, le sucre, le sel et le poivre noir moulu qs, puis p\u00e9trir \u00e0 nouveau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te lisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Former une boule et la placer dans un saladier saupoudr\u00e9 de farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couvrir d\u2019un linge et laisser lever pendant 40 \u00e0 45 minutes (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle double de volume), dans un endroit ti\u00e8de et \u00e0 l\u2019abri des courants d\u2019air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, enlever la peau du chorizo et le couper en petits cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hacher finement l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail, hacher grossi\u00e8rement les olives d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es et le persil qs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre le tout dans un saladier avec la <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/o-bacalhau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chair de la morue<\/a> et 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9taler au rouleau en un rectangle d\u2019environ 50&nbsp;cm sur 20&nbsp;cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9taler le m\u00e9lange de morue sur la p\u00e2te et former un rouleau, puis joindre les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s du rouleau et les coller avec de l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de, pour former une couronne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placer sur la plaque du four recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, couvrir avec un torchon et laisser lever pendant 40-45 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Badigeonner avec le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf battu et d\u00e9corer avec les poivrons coup\u00e9s en lani\u00e8res et les olives noires d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180 \u00baC pendant 40 minutes environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sortir du four la couronne \u00e0 la morue, d\u00e9corer avec du persil et servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bacalhau_riberalves\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>PR\u00caTE \u00c0 CUISINER&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/a><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":10147,"template":"","categories":[37,252,53],"colecoes":[332,323,329,341],"tipos-bacalhau":[245],"class_list":["post-11546","receitas","type-receitas","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-elaborees-fr","category-originais-fr","category-traditionelles","colecoes-automne-hiver","colecoes-noel","colecoes-original-et-innovant","colecoes-plats-familiaux","tipos-bacalhau-tranche-de-morue"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Couronne \u00e0 la morue - Riberalves<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/fr\/recettes\/couronne-a-la-morue\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"fr_FR\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Couronne \u00e0 la morue - Riberalves\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Une recette typique de No\u00ebl avec la meilleure morue pr\u00eate \u00e0 cuisiner.
