Voir la recette compl\u00e8te ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuire la <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/linha\/consumo-no-lar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">morue <\/a>et l\u2019\u00e9goutter, r\u00e9server l\u2019eau de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire fondre une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre dans une sauteuse et ajouter l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail hach\u00e9. Ajouter la farine, le lait et 5&nbsp;cl d\u2019eau de cuisson de la morue. Assaisonner de sel, de poivre et de noix de muscade et incorporer la morue. Ajouter le zeste de citron r\u00e2p\u00e9 et un peu de persil hach\u00e9, m\u00e9langer.
