R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer la farine avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel et le beurre mou. Dissoudre la levure de boulanger dans le lait ti\u00e8de, ajouter \u00e0 la farine et m\u00e9langer. Bien p\u00e9trir, ajouter 2 \u0153ufs (1 \u00e0 la fois) et p\u00e9trir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te lisse et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9lastique (si la p\u00e2te est trop collante et humide, saupoudrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de farine, mais sans exc\u00e8s). Former une boule, la placer dans un saladier farin\u00e9, couvrir d\u2019un linge et laisser lever pendant environ 1 heure dans un lieu ti\u00e8de \u00e0 l\u2019abri des courants d\u2019air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, faire fondre l\u2019oignon coup\u00e9 en demi-lunes et l\u2019ail hach\u00e9 dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Ajouter ensuite la chair de morue et le persil hach\u00e9, saler et poivrer, remuer et m\u00e9langer. R\u00e9servez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diviser la p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e en deux morceaux&nbsp;: un plus grand (deux tiers de la p\u00e2te) et un plus petit (un tiers de la p\u00e2te). Placer le plus grand morceau sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9, former une esp\u00e8ce de bol (sans trop travailler la p\u00e2te) et y d\u00e9poser la farce de morue. Diviser le plus petit morceau de p\u00e2te en deux, \u00e9taler une partie et avec l\u2019autre d\u00e9couper deux bandes pour d\u00e9corer le pain. Badigeonner les bords du \u00ab&nbsp;bol&nbsp;\u00bb, rempli de la pr\u00e9paration, avec de l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de et poser la p\u00e2te \u00e9tal\u00e9e sur le dessus. Assembler les deux parties afin de former une boule. Badigeonner le dessous des deux bandes avec de l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de et les poser en croix sur la boule.
