Y mettre la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bacalhau_riberalves\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">longe de morue<\/a> pr\u00e9alablement d\u00e9congel\u00e9, puis le confire \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux pendant environ 30&nbsp;min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un wok ou une cataplana sans couvercle, mettre un peu d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same et faire revenir rapidement le gingembre, l\u2019ail, le piment et le poivron rouge. Ajouter les shiitakes et laisser cuire 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer la sauce soja, le sucre roux, le vinaigre de riz, la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et l\u2019eau. M\u00e9langez bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente dans le wok et faire cuire 5 minutes environ, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une sauce l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9paisse qui enrobe les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir le chou et la morue accompagn\u00e9s de la sauce.
