Bien m\u00e9langer la mie de pain de ma\u00efs \u00e9miett\u00e9e, l\u2019ail en poudre et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. R\u00e9partir le m\u00e9lange sur les longes de morue et cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200 \u00baC pendant 18 \u00e0 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couper les pak-cho\u00efs en deux dans le sens de la longueur, les mettre sur la plaque du four recouverte d\u2019une feuille d\u2019aluminium enduite d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, arroser d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, assaisonner avec du sel et le m\u00e9lange de poivres fra\u00eechement moulus et cuire au four en m\u00eame temps que les longes de morue (retourner les pak-cho\u00efs \u00e0 mi-cuisson).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laver et \u00e9plucher les patates douces et l\u2019oignon, les couper en morceaux et les faire cuire dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e. \u00c9goutter, \u00e9craser en pur\u00e9e et ajouter le beurre.
