Arroser d\u2019un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, assaisonner de poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu et de feuilles de basilic, faire cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200 \u00baC pendant 15 minutes environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuire les p\u00e2tes dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e puis bien les \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer le fromage, la tomate et l\u2019ail r\u00f4tis jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une sauce cr\u00e9meuse. Ajouter l\u2019eau de cuisson de la morue et remuer. Ajouter ensuite les p\u00e2tes cuites et la chair effil\u00e9e de la morue, puis m\u00e9langer.
