Qu\u2019en pensez-vous&nbsp;? Suivez les \u00e9tapes ci-dessous, et bon app\u00e9tit&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuire les tranches de morue 7 minutes environ, les effiler et les r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur une plaque, disposer les pommes de terre et les aubergines en une seule couche, puis arroser avec la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Vous aurez peut-\u00eatre besoin de plusieurs plaques ou vous pouvez cuire les l\u00e9gumes en plusieurs fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saler et cuire au four 15 \u00e0 20 minutes environ, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient bien tendres et dor\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la sauce&nbsp;: chauffer le reste de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une grande po\u00eale et ajouter l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail. Faire sauter et ajouter l\u2019origan et les tomates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9craser les tomates pour qu\u2019elles se d\u00e9fassent. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et cuire pendant 15 minutes. Ajouter la morue et m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la b\u00e9chamel&nbsp;: faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole, ajouter la farine et remuer rapidement pour faire un roux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter peu \u00e0 peu le lait. Remuer sans cesse jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange bouille et \u00e9paississe. Assaisonner avec sel, poivre noir et noix de muscade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assemblage&nbsp;: graisser un plat \u00e0 four et y d\u00e9poser les pommes de terre r\u00f4ties sur une seule couche. Verser le m\u00e9lange de morue et l\u2019\u00e9taler pour couvrir compl\u00e8tement les pommes de terre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter l\u2019aubergine et le reste des pommes de terre, puis recouvrir de b\u00e9chamel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saupoudrer de parmesan et cuire au four \u00e0 180 \u00baC pendant 30-35 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le dessus soit gratin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser reposer 5 \u00e0 10 minutes avant de d\u00e9couper et servir.
