Ajouter ensuite le lait avec la levure et bien p\u00e9trir (si n\u00e9cessaire, ajouter de la farine ou du lait) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te souple qui ne colle pas aux mains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser lever la p\u00e2te dans un lieu chaud et sec jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle double de volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer la farce&nbsp;: dans une po\u00eale, ajouter le reste d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, le paprika, l\u2019ail et l\u2019oignon hach\u00e9s. D\u00e8s que l\u2019oignon devient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement translucide, ajouter le poivron et la morue. Faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que tout le liquide soit \u00e9vapor\u00e9 et ajouter le persil hach\u00e9 avant de retirer du feu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diviser la p\u00e2te en 10 morceaux \u00e9gaux. Etalez-les \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et r\u00e9partissez la garniture.
