Voyez la recette, et bon app\u00e9tit&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congeler les <a href=\"http:\/\/instagram.com\/bacalhau_riberalves\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tranches de morue<\/a>, les rincer \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide courante, bien les s\u00e9cher sur du papier absorbant et les faire revenir dans de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive avec une gousse d\u2019ail hach\u00e9e pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Enlever la peau et les ar\u00eates puis effiler la chair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un \u00e9conome, enlever une partie de la peau des concombres, les couper en deux dans le sens de la longueur, puis \u00e0 nouveau en deux et, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9, enlever les graines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couper les poivrons en d\u00e9s et hacher l\u2019oignon et la ciboulette. Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer le tout avec les feuilles de cresson et la chair effil\u00e9e de la morue, puis assaisonner avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, le vinaigre, le sel et le poivre.
