D\u00e9couvrez la recette&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sortir les longes encore congel\u00e9es de leur emballage, les plonger dans de l\u2019eau et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Compter 10 minutes apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9bullition. Retirer imm\u00e9diatement du feu et r\u00e9server les longes et l\u2019eau de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer l\u2019oignon, l\u2019ail, les tomates et le poivron. Arroser le fond d\u2019un plat \u00e0 four d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y verser le m\u00e9lange, saler et poivrer. Cuire au four pendant 20 minutes. Retirez du four, ajoutez la morue, arrosez avec un peu plus d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et salez et poivrez de nouveau. Enfourner pour 10 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9layer la semoule de ma\u00efs dans une tasse d\u2019eau de cuisson de la morue et bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter ce m\u00e9lange au reste de l\u2019eau de cuisson bouillante et faire cuire pendant 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9teindre le feu et ajouter le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au moment de servir, garnir chaque assiette d\u2019une portion de polenta, surmonter de l\u00e9gumes hach\u00e9s et de longe de morue.
