D\u00e9couvrez la recette ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre la feuille de laurier, le thym, la gousse d\u2019ail et les deux longes de morue dans une casserole d\u2019eau. Comptez 10 minutes de cuisson apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part de l\u2019\u00e9bullition. \u00d4ter les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bacalhau_riberalves\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">longes<\/a> de l\u2019eau et les effiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une autre casserole, mettre un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et faire revenir l\u2019oignon et le poireau. Ajouter l\u2019ail, la chair effil\u00e9e de la morue, les olives et le persil. Saler et poivrer. Transvaser dans un saladier et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la sauce blanche dans la casserole qui a servi pour la morue. Mettre le beurre, quand il est fondu, ajouter la farine, laisser cuire quelques minutes et verser le lait en remuant sans cesse \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un fouet. Assaisonner avec sel, poivre et noix de muscade. Verser la sauce sur la pr\u00e9paration de morue et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans chaque ramequin pr\u00e9alablement enduit d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, mettre un peu de farce \u00e0 la morue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abaisser la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e, d\u00e9couper des ronds (un peu plus grands que les ramequins) et couvrir chaque ramequin en appuyant sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s pour bien souder, puis faire deux entailles sur la surface.
