D\u00e9couvrez la recette compl\u00e8te, et bon app\u00e9tit&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congeler la <a href=\"http:\/\/instagram.com\/bacalhau_riberalves\/\">morue effil\u00e9e<\/a>, la rincer \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide courante, bien l\u2019\u00e9goutter, puis la faire sauter dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive avec une gousse d\u2019ail hach\u00e9e pendant 5 \u00e0 7 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuire le boulgour dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e selon les instructions figurant sur le paquet et l\u2019\u00e9grener \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette. Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couper le poivron, l\u2019oignon rouge, le concombre et les tomates en d\u00e9s, m\u00e9langer au boulgour et assaisonner avec du sel, du poivre noir, de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, du jus de citron, du persil et de la menthe hach\u00e9s.
