Une fois la morue d\u00e9congel\u00e9e, bien la s\u00e9cher avec du papier absorbant. Mettre les longes de morue dans un plat \u00e0 four avec un fond d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, saupoudrer g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de romarin, arroser d\u2019un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180 \u00baC pendant 25 minutes environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les patates douces&nbsp;: bien laver les patates douces, les couper en quartiers dans le sens de la longueur (6 quartiers par patate douce), les mettre dans un saladier et assaisonner avec l&rsquo;ail et le gingembre en poudre, le paprika, le sel et le poivre noir au go\u00fbt et arroser d&rsquo;un g\u00e9n\u00e9reux filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer bien et transvaser (en \u00e9vitant de les superposer) dans un plat \u00e0 four chemis\u00e9 de papier aluminium.
