Assaisonnez uniquement les tomates avec du sel et du poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu, arrosez le tout d\u2019un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et enfournez dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 25 minutes (en le mettant au four \u00e0 mi-cuisson des pommes de terre).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez les pommes de terre, puis placez chacune d\u2019elles dans le sens de la longueur entre deux baguettes chinoises (ou des objets d\u2019\u00e9paisseur similaire). Coupez en fines tranches sans aller jusqu\u2019au bout afin qu\u2019elles restent attach\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez \u00e0 nouveau les pommes de terre pour enlever une partie de l\u2019amidon. \u00c9cartez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les tranches et ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e de sel entre chacune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez 6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, le paprika, l\u2019ail en poudre, une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019herbes de Provence et du poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu. Badigeonnez l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des tranches de pommes de terre avec ce m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez les pommes de terre sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, en les espa\u00e7ant. Saupoudrez avec davantage d\u2019herbes de Provence et des feuilles de romarin, arrosez d\u2019un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et ajoutez de petits morceaux de beurre sur le dessus.
