Ajouter la morue effiloch\u00e9e, les poivrons et le concentr\u00e9 de tomate. Bien m\u00e9langer et laisser cuire quelques minutes. Ajouter ensuite la farine, la muscade, le sel et le poivre. Verser le lait et remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement de la sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirer du feu et laisser ti\u00e9dir. Ajouter les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs un \u00e0 un en m\u00e9langeant constamment.
