Arroser d\u2019un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire cuire les \u0153ufs dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e, les placer ensuite dans de l\u2019eau froide, les \u00e9caler et les hacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirer la partie la plus dure des tiges du chou, couper les feuilles en deux et les faire revenir dans de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive avec de l\u2019ail finement hach\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir la texture souhait\u00e9e (plus ou moins croquante selon le go\u00fbt), en assaisonnant avec du sel et du poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir la morue avec le chou saut\u00e9, les carottes et les pommes de terre, le tout parsem\u00e9 d\u2019\u0153uf dur hach\u00e9 et arros\u00e9 de l\u2019huile de cuisson ou du jus de cuisson du four.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":15539,"template":"","categories":[414],"colecoes":[332],"tipos-bacalhau":[249],"class_list":["post-16016","receitas","type-receitas","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tradicional","colecoes-automne-hiver","tipos-bacalhau-paves-de-morue-a-la-fleur-de-sel"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
