D\u00e9congeler la morue<\/a>, la disposer, c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau vers le bas, dans un plat \u00e0 four dont le fond est recouvert d’huile d’olive et de la feuille de laurier, l’arroser d’un filet d’huile d’olive et la faire cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200\u00b0 C pendant environ 20 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laissez ensuite refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et \u00e9crasez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans une r\u00f4tissoire haute, placez les pois chiches (lav\u00e9s et \u00e9goutt\u00e9s) avec l’oignon coup\u00e9 en demi-lunes tr\u00e8s fines, assaisonnez de sel et de poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu, arrosez d’huile d’olive et faites r\u00f4tir en m\u00eame temps que la morue, en remuant \u00e0 mi-cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faire sauter l’ail \u00e9minc\u00e9 les \u00e9pinards dans l’huile d’olive, en les assaisonnant de sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9partir les \u00e9pinards saut\u00e9s sur les pois chiches, puis disposer les morceaux de morue et les olives, arroser d’un filet d’huile d’olive et mettre au four pour faire dorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
